Those teems can grow at a much better level with a regular tournament. Canada and USA are not doing ban at all. And Uruguay is a small Argentina and rugby is as important for them as it is in Arg, but they are less people.</p><p></p><p>Of course the best would be Arg in the 3N, for sure.</p><p>[/QUOTE]</p>
