well just saw this on tvnz. seems like the top england players could strike over a pay dispute and this would put the tour in doubt to aus and nz

the team is definately going, the worst case scenario is a few of them refuse to go. Probably won't happen though.

Yeah, its about a strange cost-cutting/motivational move by the RFU to cut the fixed £100,000 payout a match split between the starting England 22 (roughly £9,000 each apparently) to £66,000 plus performance bonuses depending on the result.

The players are stating that it is unfair although whether they will strike is unknown. Watch out for the England vs Barbarians test on the 1st of June. They're meant to fly out down under the next day on the 2nd....
