Australia in South Africa

Ponting looked to be in very good nick but mistimed it slightly to Morkel off Morne's bowling. Big wicket for SA there.

78-2 coming to the end of the second powerplay.

Farcical run out for Dave Hussey, was never on and he wasn't even in the picture.

they're really shooting themselves in the foot now with this running between the wickets, second run out in a matter of minutes, Boucher looked like he was going to throw it down the other end but had taken off the bails from the throw in. Haddin gone now.

I'm going to the game on Sunday in Centurion. Can i take some photo's for the thread? :)

no need to even ask that'd be deadly, seems like the atmosphere at the games has been amazing, especially since the Twenty20 matches.

top edge from Ferguson not quite beating Botha on the boundary, routine catch in the end despite the setting Sun being in his eyes.

Johnson gone fairly quickly, not delivering with the bat to the same extent in ODIs as he has in test matches, granted not a huge amount of time today in fairness.

South Africa need 287 to win, the second highest score at Durban in an ODI.

Quality effort from Hussey, has been a while since he played that well, good cameo from Hauritz at the death. Ntini also expensive on the other hand with his final over, going for 18.

good take from Clarke to get rid of Gibbs off the bowling of Hopes, not coverting these starts enough Gibbs.

looked like an inside edge there from DeVilliers but he's been given out, height looked to be an issue as well, shocking decision but big wicket for Australia, pressure on Duminy now who hasn't delivered in this home leg of the contest between these 2 sides.

Fairly emphatic win for the Aussies in the end, bowling SA out for just 145.

South Africa bouncing back strongly in this second ODI at Centurion, on their way to an easy victory having knocked the Aussies over for 131 with nearly 10 overs left. Currently 33-1 in reply after 7 overs.

Slow enough start for South Africa batting first today, Johnson the pick of the bowlers, SA 46-1 after 12 overs

Gibbs yet again gets out having made a decent start, needs to start converting one of these scores.

key moment now in this game with the South African batting power play, SA currently 195-3 with 10 overs left, should be well on course for at least a Newlands par score, all depends how much Johnson and Bracken can hold down Duminy and De Villiers.

De Villiers just scoops one straight up, first blood to the Aussies in this power play

SA will be disappointed that Duminy couldn't have stayed in till the end but yet again Johnson is the man to pick up the key wicket.

yet again Johnson delivers albeit for Australia a little late but it's been a quality effort from him, Morkel going for 29 but damage done elsewhere, especially with that 50 partnership between him and Boucher

So 2-1 now for South Africa heading into Easter Monday's match, not a bad reply from Australia but losing the wickets along the way seems to have checked their momentum during the chase.
