Not that I'm accusing anyone of anything - especially for an incident I haven't seen; but...
If the point is what happens immediately after contact, then a pic from well before contact doesn't really clear anything.

From the stills you've posted, it looks like head contact, with enough of a dip to mitigate from red to yellow - but I'm always wary of judging anything by stills when video is (will be) available
