avatar problems

can some brainiac help me with my avatar...i stole it from a rugby league forum

and i wanna use it here...its an awesome one!!!..not obscene just help me with uploading thats all..

copy and paste it into ms paint or something then go here and host it. then go into were it says add url, type in the url of the image
