Appalling circumstances at the end. Should have given us a free kick IMO - lunacy.
I thought Carley did have a good game though - even if I do disagree with his interpretation of "beyond the horizontal".
It's about the head in relation to the hips - his head remains above or parallel with his hips at all times.

(j)Lifting a player from the ground and dropping or driving that player into the ground whilst that player's feet are still off the ground such that the player's head and/or upper body come into contact with the ground is dangerous play.

I've said it before - when judging on tip tackles - you need to judge as to whether the tackled player's neck is put in danger.
Haywood was dump tackled IMO.

It was a great game. I think we would have won it had Webber not been injured.
One of our best performances.
