Back at Modding

Hey yáll its been a long time since I have done any modding to any game at all. I just got rugby challenge 4 tonight and want to get back into the swing of things but I cant seem to remember just how exactly I open up the pak files I tried 7zip without any success at all. How do i get it open. Plus what else do I need to know to sucessfully edit this game and is the database crap like the last installment of Rugby Challenge. I again want to add the MLR and possibly the SLAR into the game.

Biggest thing missing is stadiums. I haven't looked at all though, but I think we can modify them in blender. Even a couple of American stadiums would be great, or if we can figure out how to get Infinity Park back in. The code is there now, but it crashes as there are missing maps and elements.
