Before and After Training

I know the good players are the ones that do the extra training before and after training. Kickers can practice their goal kicking and fullbacks can practice catching high balls. Can anyone here recommend a good exercise to do for a forward, especially a second rower?

Not sure about forwards, but I tend to sprint up and down the massive hill near my house after I've got off the bus coming back from training. I'm a centre.

No reason you couldn't do that, it builds power in the legs which will come in handy when you're trying to gain the hard yards.

Light up a smoke and discuss tactics.

Seriously, train the brain as well as the body.
