Bernard Hopkins became boxing's oldest world champion after he beat Canada's Jean Pascal in Montreal to secure the WBC and IBO light-heavyweight ***les.

I've watched the fight and Hopkins was good. His fitness was immense, even so at the start of the 7th round he did press ups as Pascal came out of his corner.

Haha crack up, thats experience for ya and inspiration for other 46yr olds.

Jessica at times, made it hard to scroll down past your posts there Cymro. On one occasion I found myself checking both left and right and then pointing to myself like, who me?...lol.

He still manages to draw in crowds, look at the fight on Saturday.
