now, looking on the table, were only 5th, which i find, amazing. we have been playing like an absolute dogs dinner for a long time, and how long will our early head start keep us in the hunt? were just not taking the teams we NEED to take. the force, sharks stomers, and brumbies. its pathetic! they have such a good team, and even with nick evans AND isa nacewa back, were still getting our arses kicked!

clearly its not our lineup. on paper, the only names in question is smith not starting, but lets face it, a winger cant win a game. is the reason were losing because of the postions we are playing our backs. what do we do with tuituvaki? leave him at center? what do we do with toeava? what do we do with our loosies? williams, kaino etc? what do we do with a drunken sailor?

being employed at a shitter of a job myself, in the past, i know under bad leadership, in a team you dont like, collectively, you underpreform. is the fact that the blues want to embarrass nucifora to blame? is it worth it? is it childish? is it justified? hes already got the ass for ******* off the brumbies. clearly hes a problem with ali williams moving to the crusaders. more than meets the eye?

with all the jibber-gabba of how bad australian teams are at the moment to blame? 3 weeks ago we were celebrating how bad the tahs and brumbies scrum was. how bad thier backs are. how generally weak they are, baring the force. there was hope that only one team would be worth worring about.

although we have the reds and highlanders to go, who at the moment, we should win. should in italics. and bolded. and highlighted. and in bigger text. but we also have the crusaders and the hurricanes. both proberly will beat us. so never mind making the top 4. whats the point? we can finnish 2nd, 3rd, or 4th but it wont make a lick of diffrence unless we win the semi to make it to the final against the crusaders, who then, will proberly beat us.

Blowen? Ha Ha.

I was thinking the same thing.

And I hate to say it but I told you so. I remember saying in another thread The Blues were peaking too early, and a Blues supporter (if I remember correctly, it was sambad or ripper) strongly, and almost arrogantly, disagreed.

They played well at the start of the season but i thought they were getting talked up to much. Afterall the Chiefs are always slow starters, the Lions are pathetic and the Cheetahs defense is as weak as a kittens. They still have quite a few good teams to play, surprisingly i dont think they will make it to the top 4. Maybe bonehead Flavell should stop landing his team in trouble with his terrible discipline.

The problem is in our management.

David "I dont know how to use my squad so I'll keep pciking the same players over and over" Nucifora & Colin "I f**ked up the Highlanders so watch me f**k up the Blues backline" Cooper.

What is it with the Blues and hiring coaches from outside our region??

SACK NUCIFORA & COOPER NOW!!!!

It's simple - just put an Aucklander... any Aucklander in the coaching box and we will win. Works at NPC level. The only Aucklander we've had in charge is Graham Henry*, and in his 5 season's as the one calling the shot's (we all know he was the one really pulling the strings in 2003) we've made 5 final's and won 4 of them (would've won the 5th if not for Cashmore).

* Sure, technically he's a Cantab, made his first job's were Auckland Grammer and Kelston before getting the Auckland Job.

I mean, the same thing has happened every year with Nucifora in charge, screwed up selections causing end of season imploions. We saw it in 2006 with his refusal to part with Lavea with McAlister and Nacewa in the wings, than in 2007 with his total mismanagement of the returning All Black's and running Flavell and the foward pack into the ground. Than there's this year with his constant shuffling and more stupid pick's, although the Evan's and Nacewa injuries screwed up the flow.

Player's don't want to play for him, he was forced out by the Brumbies, and because of him, Ali Williams, the best lock in the world and one of the proudest Aucklander's you'll ever meet, is now playing in the Red and Black in the deep, deep south (Better than France I guess). Than there's Greg Cooper - the man who single handily turned the Highlanders to what they are today.

If only he ****** off at the end of last year, we would've had Warren Gatland in charge - he was telling the North to the bugger off and was lobbying for the Blue's job - it was only when he was offered only the Highlanders spot that he rang Wales back.

bro, we've only made 4 finals and won 3.

and I got the wrong Cooper in my earlier post. To be honest, both Coopers are useless anyway.

Off with the Coopers and Off with Nucifora.

Bring in Pat Lam & Shane Howarth.

Hmm . I think that with some easier games coming up the Blues may be able to pull off a few wins.
