On Thursday it was official that Parramatta and Brett Finch agreed to terms and parted ways. Other NRL clubs like the Melbourne Storm have been rumoured to be interested in his services, also UK super league clubs and even Randwick rugby union club.
Personally I think it was a great decision by Parramatta and well handled by Finch in the end. I've honestly never seen such a terrible player though, especially for someone supposedly on 330k a season who's never played for Australia. He's pretty much lived off the state of origin game for the rest of his career. I don't know why Parra paid for much for him and I don't know why any other club would be interested in pretty much a liability.
