Dai Young is yet again faced with a huge injury list for this crucial pool 3 game in Cardiff on Friday night and it's beginning to take the toll on the side given their recent poor form, whether they can turn that around ahead of the visit of Quins is a big question and will go a long way to proving whether the Blues have what it takes to make the knock out stages for the first time since the franchises came into Wales.

Quins for their part make 7 changes to the team which faced Leicester on Sunday in the premiership and the fact that they're already out may make the Blues' task that little bit easier.

A home win or will the lack of pressure let us see a different Quins than what we've seen in this season's competition???
