Changing world league teams from Div 3

Hey there guys.

I was wondering if you can change the teams available in the World League from Div 3.
I.e I want to have Crusaders or Toulouse / Toulon avaiable at div 3. I know you can swap a team for a team. I.e The chiefs for Crusaders or Chiefs for Toulon.

Anyone know where this file is in rugby 08 and where to find it exactly

I know its this file - 07590d14b68496aaf5406caf9ddf8e7b but i cant find that in my main folder. I just found that through TRF.

What patch are you using? It's very easy to edit and understand once you have the file open. You can browse through the lastpage of peter83's 2018 thread. Ama1 and myself posted a wl mod there
