Why do your horses jump over stuff?

Does it lead to jockeys getting bucked?

I would probably watch more horse racing if so.

It leads to some pretty interesting/brutal situations.

I mean in America you do have barrel racing but National hunt racing is huge in UK and Ireland.

Have you really never seen a Jump race before this thread? Like have you heard the Grand National.
