I have to say, letting one man own almost all of Europe's cocoa is a pretty stupid move.

sounds like this guy is going to make a bloody fortune on this ...as far as i know its completely legal too as its a commodity so he can buy as much as he likes without any regulations to improve competitiveness but anyone who studies economics correct me please as i was shite at it
