simple. do what the title says then post a song of your own.
Leftfield - Afro-Left
Is it a rating out of 10 or is it a written opinion, or both? I'll go with both this time.
2/10 as imo it was shite. Far too hippy for my liking. I wouldnt call it a song really.
Live - Dolphin's Cry

Good, not fantastic.
Rolling Stones- Angie
8.5/10 - Excellent song, expect nothing less from the stones. But they have made better songs.
Something Corporate - Konstantine
It's quite a long one.
nice piano but not my favourite. 6/10.
Capleton - Jah Jah City

I'm not much of a fan of reggae (except for old Bob, but who doesn't like him ?), I still digged it though, 6/10.
Fookofpolisiekar - ek skein (heilig)
It's in Afrikaans though, not sure if there are any rules against posting songs sung in another language ?
That guys voice is irritating, seriously irritating. Can't sing for ****.
Pete Yorn - For Us
echoes of dandy warhols & U2 6.5-7/10.
Skepta & JME - Spaceship
Above.... hmmmm, I usually despise that stuff but I'll give it a 3/10 (very generous) just because it's not that gay mainstream rubbish, and has an interesting beat.
I know this isn't new to anyone, but I've been listening to it a shyt load lately and just felt like posting it, worth watching solely 'cos of Jimmy Page aka GOD;
Led Zeppelin - Kashmir (Live version);
9/10 awesome tune.
Björk - Jóga
bjork is always a odd one. not my cup of tea. but none the less crazy icelandic people are great. 3/10
Eric bibbs - in my fathers house
Not usually my cup of tea, but appreciate that kind of music. I'll say 7/10, on a scale according to that particular genre.
King Crimson - Epitaph
> Not many people appreciate this kind of music, I can listen to it all day, but sadly not many others my age will have any of it.
thats not actually too bad, bit like pink floyd x old rolling stones + jethro tull. what other songs by them you recomend wc? gotta give that a solid 8/10 though.
something by paul mccartney
The original was 9/10. This version is a 7.
Jehst - High Plains Anthem
Love the beat of the tune, got quite a nice blues feel to it.
Not a fan of the actual rapping/singing though. also 6/10.
Justice - DVNO
I love the video as much if not more then the actual song hehe.
haha i see what you mean about the video, i'm high right now its appropriate.
electro isn't normally my favourite but this song is cool 6/10.
Shpongle - Around The World In A Tea Daze (Live)
this is so appropriate...
Not my kind of music, but I understand it's merits after Leeds 07, and the Duracell tent...
Good for its genre, which means amazing when smashed and uncaring about anything, so 8/10 I think.
And now to veer the musical genre off to the left, we have:
John Butler - Ocean (Live)
It takes serious skill to play a 12 string like that, and he gets so much feeling into it.
****, thats a monster of a song. defitnalty a 10.10 imo.
heres one from slowhand.
Clapton is a god. It would've been awesome to be playing that piece with the constant clap.
Xavier Rudd - 12th September
not bad.. not really my fav. 6/10
Akala - Comedy Tragedy History
this tune is BIG
