Ahaha, definitely a back :lol:Yep, it's all about lifting, actually I forgot, that's really something you're going to need to work on. Given that you're pretty bulky for club level I doubt you're gonna get lifted, so to be a useful set piece forward you're definitely gonna have to get your practice in. You'll obviously be fine in terms of strength if you've been hitting the gym so long but my guess is you'll need a couple of sessions working on back and front lifting just to make yourself a bit more useful around the park.Just an afterthought.
