im not sure exactly how but you can send them from here

click on ask EA
I think I already chose italy for you but you can change the country up the top
then you will have to become a member

thank you man,i did it..let's hope they will answer me back...i wrote it in english who knows..maybe i should write it in italian..what do u think?

I would stick to English because up the top it says language and country suggesting that you can write in any language
