I extracted the normal definition 16 boots pack in the main folder , but nothing happens

You have to assign them with the editor if you want them to appear for specific players.

but i cant see them in the editor. only the original 6 or 7 boots are in the 'boot style' drop-down box.

I don't know them. Try asking Uli85. He adds his boots to MUP rosters and there is extra ones, like in dady's.
