Did anyone ever solve the injury glitch in ea 08?

Its killing me that I can't have injuries on otherwise game crashes, can't believe the only solution I've heard is that on PS2 they pull out the control and put it back in!!!

Go to game options and put the injuries into the low level and you will not have that problem again , but sometimes can happen.

yea I've had too cheers, can't believe someone hasn't got a patch to fix this bug
