Hi Guys, I am new to the forum and am returning to the fray after a long lay off due to a shoulder injury and a following on operation. I am now at the stage of looking for a new club after having moved and also getting fit and upto strength. Any tips or advice on dieting and conditioning training would be great. And whilst I am here, I am Robin, 23 and have been playing for 10 years. Suffered a disloacted and broken shoulder in 2005 and have only played a handful of games since.
