In america for american football we go based off weight.. if you weigh to much you play in the next age group.. they could do that with rugby but at the end of the day in rugby there is always gonna be big mother f***ers out there and its better if you just learn to deal with them early on..

This is coming from a 5 foot 8 scrumhalf who is used to playing big ass 6 foot + boys in college, aka big ass untalented former football players.
