I Developed this training programme while coaching the University of Central Oklahoma Rugby Football Club. This is a serious regeim that can be done in season. If you are serious about getting stronger and building endurance this is an excellent workout programme. The Tuesday/Sprint Training day was designed on a mini-track where 12 laps = 1 mile. It can be modified to do on a normal sized track where 4 laps = 1 mile if you take some time and sort it out.
