Are there any people left that say there shouldn't be root and branch reform of the RFU, England coaching team and England squad? Repeatedly set up for failure by pure incompetence.

Sorry to be an instigating rabble rouser, but how can England fans think this level of incompetence at all levels is a situation that is acceptable?
