I was at that England-Fiji QF (behind one set of posts) and a very partisan French crowd booed any time England got a penalty, even when it occured at the other end of the pitch and they couldn't possibly have seen what happened at a breakdown - I watched it again later on TV and the crowd gave the impression the ref favoured England.

Fiji must be an oddity to play against, unstructured, high skill set and some physical freaks. England really want to just have a period where they retian procession play for territory and bore Fiji to death.
