the england australia game reminded me just how effective a scrummaging pack england have come the world cup our pack will look something like this:

1.dan cole
2.dylan hartley
3.Andrew sheridan
4.simon shaw
5.louis decon
6.croft/easter
7.moody
8.Haskell/easter

i am sure some will disagree with the backline but the fact is that england have extreamly powerfull and destructive props and a great hooker aswell as 2 powerfull second rows (expecially simon shaw) and an extreamly physicall backrow

your views?

Cole and Sheridan are the wrong way round,

Also...Louis Deacon? Really?

1. Sheridan/Flatman
2. Thompson
3. Dan Cole
4. Simon Shaw/Dave Attwood
5. Courtney Lawes/Tom Palmer
6. Croft
7. Moody
8. Haskell

Is what i'd take out of the people Johnson is likely to choose (would rather Jordan Crane at 8)

1. Sheridan
2. Thompson
3. Cole
4. Palmer
5. Lawes
6. Croft
7. Rees
8. Easter

Considering there's Golding, Flatman and Wilson waiting in the wings, who are really strong scrummagers that is indeed a very, very strong pack.

Don't think anything can be taken away from playing that Australian pack tbh. Lets see how they go when we meet France again.

My prediction? They'll win.
