Well we are into a whole new year of film...

What films are you looking forward to seeing this year...

The Big one for me is Indiana Jones IV... I just hope it won't disappoint... I am also look forward to the Dark Knight, which if its a patch on Batman Begins will be a superb film.. Then you have Cloverfield, not much is known does it make it a good film?

We Will have to wait and see, there are bound to be a few shocks out there, there usually are...

Surprise is the best thing about some films. How many times have I heard friends say "I can't wait to see this film! It's going to be awesome!", only to emerge saying "Well, it was good, but not as awesome as I thought it was going to be".

No matter what film I always go in thinking it's going to be ruined somewhere. With this attitude, I've enjoyed more cinema films than most. We live in an era where some people expect to be (and I mean literally) thrown back into their seats and holding on through-out a 2 hour orgasmic thrill-ride.

Can you tell it's a pet peeve?

I agree with craig. The best way to go into a movie is to not expect too much (but look forward to it though of course!).

I'm looking forward to seeing Cloverfield...it'll be interesting to see if it lives up to all the hype it has let itself gain.

As Charlie said, Indiana Jones IV is coming out but will it disappoint? I'm always critical of 'grandfather' actors trying to revive a series of movies they did a couple of decades back. Can't wait to see it though.

The New Coen Brothers Film also looks rather delicious, if it goes by any of the others films they have done it will be superb!

No Country For Old Men? Does look interesting, was meant to see it last night...

I used to be subscripted to a cinema, for a fixed monthly fee I could watch as many films as I wanted. So I often went to see things I only heard a short summary off.
I did enjoy a lot of films.

Except for 'the Long Weekend'. That film was utter ****.

Now I try to avoid reviews before I go see a film. I've seen films that the critics had condemned to the bin that weren't all that bad, and films that got four and a half stars, where I found myself wondering during the film what all the commotion was about.

M. Night Shyamalan's apocalyptic "The Happening"

Batman movie, "The Dark Knight,"

X-files sequel

Tom Cruise WWII "Valkyrie"

Indiana Jones 4
Rambo 4
The Dark Knight

also Hitman (Haven't watched yet...going to even if the reviews say its bad :D )

Sequel to Casino Royale - 'Quantum of Solace'
Cloverfield
Angels and Demons supposedly being made into a film, hope it's better than the first.

Yea watched Cloverfield and thought it was the guy filming it shaking but found out thats just how the movie is. I didn't really like it because all you see is people running around than the camera points at the ground or just sits on the ground in some parts, usless directing really.

Don't like Rambo so I watched about 2min of Rambo 4 then decided to not even bother so don't know what it's like might be good might not be.

No Country For Old Men one of da boys watched it said it was pretty good i haven't seen it myself even thou it was my copy he was watching lol.

I like Ps2 so Hitman was a good watch for me I don't know why everyones saying that its bad. Could of maybe used someone else for the lead role but the fulla that they used did good.

The one I'm waiting for is Ironman. Watched the cartoon as a kid and like it hardout so they better make a good movie of this.

Another one I'm looking out for now is Jumper just seen the trailer and it looks interesting about some kid that has the ability to teleport to where ever he wants. Don't know when its gonna be released but looks good from the trailer.
