Flag/Banner Blank Template

Just a query, everytime i try and paste a picture in the banners it comes out montone (big word for the day)

I cant sem to undo??
Any suggestions??

email what you like m8 ill have a look @ anything! but as you said about the flags make sure you have the template as a multi colour not monotone it has to be 24bit colour. . . . hope that helps?
