I'm so shocked and saddened by what happened in Christchurch earlier.
It's sad to say that New Zealand rarely gets mentioned on any US news outlets - thus the ongoing, idiotic confusion of many Americans in confusing Kiwis with Ozzies, and so on.
The only reason I mention this is, today was different. People felt it. People knew. People wanted to talk about it. People wanted to ask questions about it. People wanted to help alleviate the suffering and offer their support.
New Zealand was very much in the hearts of the world today, and all my heart goes out to everyone affected.
Just wanted to say.
