Just wanted to let you guys know, Ellis had his first start for the mighty West Tigers on the weekend. Played the full 80, 36 tackles and 14 hit ups. He went extremely well.

After his first tackle that nearly put the Canberra half back in the Eastern granstand, the comentators couldn't stop raving....and rightly so. More than a few comparisons to Adrian Morley were heard

Great! It would almost be better for GB if more top SL players went to the NRL to cut the mustard and improve themselves. Maybe if they sent 3 per year, in return for a top SH guy?

I think if you look through the ranks, you would see you have some pretty good southern hem talent already running around in the Super League. What we all need is a lot more international football. Or possibly even revist the failed experiment of a round robbin comp between the top 4 sides from each league.

Super League players have the skill, thats obvious on a week to week basis. And many who come to play NRL do well. The only difference is the intensity you find in the NRL is not in the Super League.

I think what would benefit is some sort of coaching exchange. NRL gets to pick the Super Leagues brain, and Super League gets to do the same to the NRL
