To all those who say there is no exciting play in the Guinness Premiership, that there are no wonderful players or running of the ball (and to all the Ben Cohen haters out there) - screw you!

personally dont agree with the result, think cohens was the best followed closely by varndells

In terms of an individual effort, Cohen's was clearly top.

However, I personally though Abendanon's try for Bath was the best, while Tait's handling for the Tom May try was out of this world.

Call me a miserable old thing but there was a forward pass in each of the first three.

You're a liar Webby! According to the shining light of socialist truth that is the official rugby news from New Zealand, England plays absolutely no exciting rugby at all. In fact, there is no Rugby in the GP, only demonstrations of defensive lines and tackling with a judge to award a prize to the best team!

Your lying, plutocrat, decandent, revisionism will be doomed to failure!

EDIT: (note the sarcasm)

Agreed. Good eyes, mate.

Still pretty exciting stuff.

Take care,
PK

Well yes, you are right there were a few passes in there that probably went forward - just shows that us up here in the NH are doing our best to copy the SH style of play!

I joke, but it's not like they were thrown forward NFL style!

Anyhow, I reckon the Bath try was the best by a mile - although Gloucester's try was a good team score, I would argue that there wasn't any moment of particular brilliance in there - unlike the Newcastle try: how good were Tait's hands?! A shame that he can't seem to play at that level for England yet.
