Currently half-time is 10mins. This is too short. People go to toilet, and buy some coffee.
By making half-time longer, the sales of stadium shops will increase.

Wouldn't it be easier to make the match 90 minutes with 2 halves of 45 and a 15-minute break? Change the no. of players in a team to 11 and not allow players to use their hands. That would be fun!

I think they should think of the fans and have 3 or 4 breaks, American style. That would allow the fans pig out a few times during the match.

It is 15 minutes in Top 14 and it is BORING!! Reduce to 5 minutes and bring oranges on to the pitch..

In International matches two periods of forty minutes each shall be played.

(3) Play shall be divided into two halves. At halftime the teams shall change ends and there shall be an interval of not more than five minutes.
