Hey guys I took time out of rugby in the past 3 years or so and since trying to come back I been getting this problem with my legs. I can jog fine though.
Thing is whenever I go to sprint or during sprinting I get a sharp pain in the center of the back of my thigh/thighs. Think it's a hamstring problem, not sure though.
Whats the best way to prevent this? I really want to get back into rugby but this is preventing me. Love rugby
