Harlequins will be without injured fly-half Nick Evans, who is replaced by Chris Malone.

James Percival, Jim Evans, Mark Lambert and De Wet Barry come into the side.

Sale have lost a number of players due to injury at Northampton last week, including Chris Leck (ribs), Chris Bell (hamstring) and Dean Schofield (groin).

Luke McAlister and Sebastien Bruno return after knee and ankle injuries respectively and prop Lionel Faure has flown back from France to play.

Harlequins: Jones; Botha, Lambert, Percival, Evans; Robshaw, Skinner; Guest, Gomarsall, Malone, Williams, Barry; Tiesi, Strettle, Brown.
Replacements: Fuga, Ross, Robson, McMillan, Polu, Luveniyali.
