we were supposed to make a 2013 patch for rugby 08 but it looks like everyone has given up

I always thought when EA makes a game for any sport they put the next year on the title, so people should give up an EA '13 game after it turns 2013 am I wrong? But they have been down and out for so long and basically given up themselves so I go with the people who do still make them.
