The best way to find out and keep track on rugby is to look for various British, Irish and Commonwealth press sources so basically the sports sections of the various sophisticated newspapers like The Times, Guardian Unlimited and the Daily Telegraph in the UK for example. I'm sure guys like Bokmagic would be able to suggest South African media sources and Ripper would be able to point you towards some good New Zealand news sites which cover the Super 14 and Tri Nations.
If you can afford it, you can watch matches online through a subscription to the Rugby Channel (by Direct TV) or Setanta Sports (if you can get it).
