Help me! Whats going on with World League..

Ok im in Elite league with the highlanders and when i go into recruitment, some of the players i really want are grayed/blanked out, Dan Carter was there but i couldnt select.. Help?

i don't think he's become available yet... it happens all the time with me. some star players are greyed out, but at the end of the season they become available if i'm the champion. i don't know if there is an official explanation for this but that's the way it seems to work for me

there is a file which you can edit which tells you which players are unavaiable and stuff just so you cant build your team up fast straight away.

Just wait or edit this file, or use my editor to change it.

Quick question, could you explain how job offers work. Like I got an offer from the hurricanes which is the best thing imaginable. I was tired and accedently refused the offer. I loaded the game before the offer and no offer after! Is is randomised or how would I be able to get the offer again.
