Help watching southern hemisphere games

I live in Wales and I am wondering what channels I can watch games from the southern hemisphere, I really want to watch more games from down under, I have got Sky TV and the full package any help would be appreciated.

Sky Sports show Super Rugby when the seasons on - they don't show every game but they show a couple each round.

Think they do a highlights show as well? (I don't have Sky, so not 100% sure on that one, but I think they do...)

They did do highlights don't think they do anymore they do show the majority of matches.

Beware the Saffas, they dinnae take kindly to be grouped with them Aussies.

Great stuff thank you all very much I look forward to watching it as soon as it starts now, I only had my sky installed recently and not seen anything as of yet so thought be better to ask.
