Newbie member, joined to find out a bit more about the scrum laws and, in particular, why the IRB seem to be ignoring the issue of illegal binding and crooked feeds (we can see it, the ref can see it, the linesman can see it, the commentators can see it, so why does nobody do anything about it?).
