how to change pictures in the game?

sorry for this post,however necesary,i change the pictures on the rugby 08but i don'tinsert for fraps because this pay soft...
is there any other program that does this?
I tried to do with fshed, but it always gets twisted a part of another.
Please reply that my doubts, if any post here in this thread.
