Hi guys,

I wanna start playing rugby next season.
This is what I do so far:

Every day a 6 km run
weightlifting for 30 minutes
Push ups ( 200)
Sit ups (200)

Swimming 5 km, when I have the time for it.

The technical skills i already learnt while living in NZ.

Any other tips ?

Well, it sounds like you're fit enough to get around the paddock. The question is "where do you want to play"?

If you have pace, a good start will be as a winger. It's an easy position (assuming you 're willing to take a few hits around the knees) and there's a lot of glory involved in it.

If you want more pivotal roles, look at centre to begin with then maybe consider moving to out-half.

Or, if you're more interested in hurting people, look at the backrow. I'll assume by the cardio distances you're not the right shape for the front 5.

You do more fitness work than what I did playing for a club. You seem like you are built for the kill :p What height are you and weight?

I'm 1.95 m and weigh around 85 kg.

The thing is that you don't see my muscles that much.
but I think a postion on the wing would fit me.

I look very slim.
Luckily I know how to run :)

Perhaps second row with that height.

Maybe ease the pushups etc and get started on lifting heavy weights and eating a lot of food, good food, you could get up to 100kg and be a great lock, especially with that stamina.

Well I have some troubles with my knee when I put on weight to fast;
I think 90 kg will do the trick to be a winger.

Thnx for the info so far guys
