@Blackbeard - noticed that Giphy and uploading/linking to images have stopped working
Think they stopped around the time of the RWC final, not sure if it's a memory thing on the server or what

Failed around this time last week - as noted on the Premiership thread - that was both attachments and links

Edit: if you check the broken image above, you'll see that the colon and forward slashes are being replaced with escape characters, which I assume is what is causing the problem.
