So basically I've been playing rugby for 12 years and I'm a fly half (I'm 19 now). I don't want to go into too much detail but I went to some trials didn't make it. It hit me pretty hard, I started playing for my club again but I found it tough to motivate myself and my form really suffered.
Anyway, pre season starts in September and I want to go to uni and be the best fly half and goal kicker there. I was just wondering if anyone had any fitness plans or training sheduales I could look into to improve my fitness, skill and kicking. Thank you.
