The sky was blue and the sun was out too! I think I may have worried a few people as I gazed upwards and out of the window of the tube train this Friday morning but I had good reason to. Today, I was off to London Gatwick whence I would be transported via the magic of jet powered flight to the Emerald part of these Sceptered Isles and I was pretty chuffed. Amongst the early morning rush hour I did my best to annoy the generally angry, impatient and snobbish commuters who make it their mission to shove and generally annoy me most other days. I walked along slowly, whistling a merry tune happy, I let the ladies off the train first, I said good morning or apologised if I bumped into anyone and I even made eye contact (a big no no in London).
