Is it worth buying

I'm thinking of buying this game on pc but am 50/50. Can anyone tell me if it's worth buying?
I've heard good and bad things but was wondering if one out weighed the other.
Or should I try out Rugby League live 3 instead even though I'm a union fan ( just for a gaming rugby fix)
