Jersey RFC play in the English Championship, despite Jersey is not part of England.
Are Jersey RFC accepted to the English Rugby as an exceptional case?
Is there any other similar case?

Not wishing to prolong any discussion on this, due to obvious reasons, would just say that the Isle of Man is not part of England either but it is affiliated to the Cheshire RFU and plays in the Cheshire leagues and has individual representatives selected to play for their county trials etc...indeed, it is my understanding that the RFU has subsidised clubs to visit the Isle of Man to play fixtures!

Sort of why AS Monaco play football in France and (even more of an extreme case) Liechstenstein football clubs play in Switzerland.

The Football Clubs in Andorra are in the Spanish League.
I think that the clubs in the Faroes should play in the Icelandic League.

In wendyballing you could add all those Welsh clubs who play or have played in English Leagues eg Cardiff, Swansea, Wrexham Newport and of course Berwick which is in England, no doubt all these are done for travelling and lack of quality in area.
