Looks like Leicester wants a little payback after the Juan Martin Hernandez case in 2007...

I understand Cockerill, starting the next season with Harry Ellis in the first XV is a scary thought. The whole rugby microcosm is talking about Dupuy here in France, I think he will take a fly to New Zealand this summer with his old rival Yachvili... Lievremont confirmed that he was a serious contender for the N°9 jersey.
 
Losing him would be disastrous for Tigers - Since he's begun as their 1st choice, the raise in their playing standard has been substantial - He's clearly the best 9 with the club.

Yet despite this, Ellis' England appearances says more about the biased selection policy of the international team then the strength of depth in Leicester's half-backs.
 
Yep, what a mockery of the system it would be if Ellis was still picked for England despite being behind both Dupuy and Youngs next year.
