Leinster v Edinburgh
</div>

Leinster are one of the few teams going into this weekend knowing exactly what they have to do and needing to rely on nobody else in the event that they get their own job done.

As long as Leinster match Wasps result this weekend they'll go through as pool winners.

In an ideal world they'd be hoping for the Scarlets and Ospreys to get wins this weekend to give them a home quarter final but I suspect if you'd offered an away quarter final after the Castres defeat they would have snapped your hand off.

As for the game itself Leinster will be without CJ, Cullen and O'Kelly in the pack, so Toner and Hogan look set to start as well as Healy and Wright should he prove his fitness in the front row. The backline looks to be unchanged from last week.

Edinburgh for their part have made a raft of changes, there's no Blair or Godman and the team looks more reminiscent of the side that took a hiding at the RDS rather than the side which took to the field for the pool opener back in October.

There's no excuses for Leinster, despite the missing players, they really should get the job done and there'll be serious questions to be answered if they don't.

Leinster: tbc

well we can, we screwed up big time at Castres but we've got out of jail considering Wasps didn't go for the kill last week so surely we'll kick on and get the job done. However you never can tell with Leinster, part of the joy of being a fan!

backline is crazy.. nacewa is pretty awful in defence. the 10 12 channel gets raped and his kicking is very poor..

for a big game like this I have no idea why they arn't playing something like this

10. Contepomi
12. D'arcy
13 O'Driscoll

shocking amount of errors from Leinster so far, giving away too many penalties never a good idea with whistle happy White.

soft penalty for Edinburgh to give away and foolishly chatting back. Contepomi gets the kick.

3-0 Leinster

Kearney shows his class with a seering break, lovely support from Fitzgerald as well.

O'Driscoll unable to hold the ball with the line beckoning.

Still though Edinburgh down to 14 with a kick to come in front of the posts.

Contepomi gets the kick.

9-0 Leinster

Edinburgh cut the lead to 6 with a penalty from Paterson in front of the posts.

9-3 Leinster

I never said anything, the Leinster backs ripping through the left hand side with O'Driscoll, Contepomi and Fitzgerald.

Contepomi gives Leinster a 9 point lead with a kick in front of the posts.

12-3 Leinster 35 mins

Kearney is having a brilliant game, leaving everyone for dead as he returns a high kick from his own 22 to the opp 22.

another great break from Kearney just a shame it was Elsom in support and not Fitzgerald.

so 12-3 to Leinster at half time but despite the nervy start Leinster looking in control.

big improvement in form from Heaslip today, timely ahead of the 6 Nations, although Wallace still has to be the man to start against the French
