Leinster v Edinburgh

Leinster have made one change to the side which beat Munster last week in Musgrave Park with Keith Gleeson coming in for Shane Jennings. Brian O'Driscoll has also been passed fit to play following the injury picked up in the Munster match.

John Houston returns to the Edinburgh starting line-up in place of Alastair Maxwell.

This should be a home win for Leinster but the problem of putting in back to back performances never comes easy to them, which is no excuse.

Leinster: Kearney; Horgan, O'Driscoll (cpt), D'Arcy, Fitzgerald; Contepomi, Willis; le Roux, Jackman, Wright, Cullen, O'Kelly, Keogh, Gleeson, Heaslip.
Replacements: Blaney, Knoop, Jowitt, Jennings, Keane, Sexton, Brown.

Edinburgh: Cairns; Turnbull, De Luca, Dey, Houston; Godman, M Blair (cpt); Jacobsen, Ford, Kerr, Mustchin, Gissing, Reid, Rennie, Callam.
Replacements: Kelly, Allori, Hamilton, Cross, Meyer, D Blair, MacRae.
Dissappointing that Leinster didn't get the bp but I don't think it's the worst thing in the world, we're still well in with a shot of qualifying, who's to say we can't get a bp next Saturday at Murrayfield. That tackle on Le Roux was awesome though.
The game was probably a little closer than the scoreline suggests, Edinburgh could and should have had a losing bonus point but poor kicking hampered them. The Leinster backline never really got going but i dont really see them doing any better than 3rd in this pool. Up in Edinburgh next week, every chance the Gunners could win.

That tackle on Le Roux was awesome though.

Ross Ford is an extremely strong guy, he is probably the only guy on the field except Jackman who could have stopped Le Roux so close to the line.
Ross Ford is indeed a tank, also used to play 7s too so he's got gas.

Yeah Edinburgh didn't play too badly, and we ran Leinster quite close. But playing well and gettin beaten is no use. We need to win games, however ugly.
