Lowen To Cheetahs

Heard this one at the beginning of the waikato v otago game. Commentators said that Lowen has signed for the new SA team Cheetahs for next years super 14. This move is very interesting and I don't think happens to often for nz players. they normally go to europe or Japan but Lowen seems to want to play super 14 instead of going overseas.

While it's probably old news and mostly off topic, they listed all the players leaving BOP today aswell... Ormond and Senio (I already knew those two were going) and also Cashmore's off again along with Tupai. The last one I hadn't really heard much about but was pretty good today anyway.

Huge amount of experience lost there.
